pim pam pum not available for spirit

Hi I have learned pim pam pum perk, I used with 3-4 killers and I want to use it with my main killer: the spirit. I have spent a lot of blood points trying to find it but now that I got all the perks at level 3 pim pam pum doesn't appear at all! literally is the only perk I'm missing. please help
