Strange Console endscreen softlock on PC

Just wrapped up a match and the end result screen ended up looking like I was playing on console or at least with a controller plugged in, and everyone but me was completely blank, showed they all escaped (one died) and said i had sent a report/props for all of them (first picture). I couldn't click continue but I could click upgrade, but it only made the screen turn black (second picture). After a few seconds the screen returned but my name disappeared and couldn't leave the screen (third picture). Had to Alt-f4 out of the game. Game functioned as normal afterwards. Unsure how to replicate or if this is even common.
