Why has the Behaviour account setup web page been under maintenance for a couple of days now

I am trying to make a behaviour account so I can link it to my DBD and the web page has been under maintenance for quite some time now. (is it just me or is it actually a maintenance

    The site is currently under maintenance and there is no ETA for when it's back up.
