Hello,
I just had a game on cornfields I think, I did a medium vault into a window and I maintained the speed boost from Lithe after the time went away.
When exhaustion wore off, the speed remained and to follow it up with another vault, it only added the exhaustion timer, it didn't reset the Lithe.

I've had a similar bug, but I had it without lithe. Same situation.
