The Doctor “Shock Therapy” not activating

The doctors shock therapy wasn’t not showing on the map and wasn’t shocking the survivors. i included a link to my youtube for the bug. the video will describe it better.

Same problem happened to me. Whole match like this.
Video linked showing a very chill party of survivors not scared of me as I try and blast them 😢
Static Blast did work, playing on ps5, fully updated.
