i have tried searching for my friend with their hashtag and name, but it does not work. Their cross play is enabled. mine is too. we even turned the cross play off and on. We even put in the cloud id name. i tried copying and pasting the cloud id but i couldnt so that so i had type every number and letter. so pls help.
