PC - Glitched through RPD Stairs

Played on the new map and attempted to pick up my friend who was downed on the stairs. This resulted in me falling through the stairs, unable to move for the remainder of the match.

I've attached screenshots of the killer's perspective.
Perks I was using - Counterforce, Prove Thyself, We're Gonna Live Forever and Borrowed Time.
This only happened once and not sure if it is reproducable.
