PC - Bloodweb Not Following Rules

  1. Steps to reproduce - don't know
  2. At Level 50 of bloodweb, there should appear 4 perks (if they are available). That has not been the case in this scenario.
  3. Loadout menu shows that 4 level three perks are yet to be gotten.

Additional info: This is the first time I have seen this bug.
