The Ripper - New killer

Ripper 

 Height: medium

 Terror R: 32m

 Speed: 4.6

 Weapons: butcher knife 

 Power: Blackout

 "Your murderous sense and intelligence allows you to force the victim to enter the circle of light, right into a dead end" 

 You have 6-8 lanterns 

By using the second power button, you set up the lantern that casts a circle of light only visible to the killer, survivors can still see the tall lantern. Entering such a place by a survivor briefly activates the killer sense (2-4 seconds with addons) and causes the victim to slowly darken (time to blackout in the light zone 14-11 seconds with addons). If the light goes out, the victim will scream and be exposed for 40 seconds to 50 with addons. The Survivor can cancel the blackout by going outside the circle of light or by walking closer to the lantern and extinguish it using the action button. If the killer is in the circle of light with a Survivor, the Blackout Period will be extended by an additional 10 seconds. 

Dead End - By activating the power with the main button, when the killer and survivor are inside the circle of light, during the chase, the light will turn off causing your victims to become blind for a short time (1.5 seconds) and restrict their movements (1-3 seconds with addons).

Technical data: 19th century candle lantern. The height of 6m with a visible candle burning inside. A circle of light with a range of 12-16 meters with addons. The safety zone under the lighthouse is 3 meters. Blackout will only be deactivated when the Survivor steps outside the light circle, is activated by an killer, or extinguishes the lantern completely. The time for extinguishing the lantern is from 10 seconds to 18 seconds with addons by single survivor . It is also subject to extending the extinguishing time with skills such as thanatophobia or dying light . 

Techable perks 

Lvl 30 Morphing bones-hex

 2/3/4 spectral totems appear on the map, destroying each of them triggers an impulse with a diameter of 18m, showing the auras of nearby survivors for 1/2/3 seconds from the explosion.

The hex effect persist as Long as relating hex totem standing or all spectral wards are gone. The hex totem then turns into an dull totem. Spectral totems look like dull totems and are marked with a yellow aura only for killer, do not interact with other based perks likeTrill of the hunt, or aren't they detectable with any Small game or Detective's hunch survivor perks. Spectral totems also not visible with the map 

Lvl 35 Copy Memories

 Upon hitting a survivor with a Basic Attack, Copy Memories will highlight all generators that are not regresing for 20/25/30 seconds in white. If the generator is going repaired by the survivor while the skill is active, it will be illuminated with a yellow aura. Damaging a generator marked in this way will take the progress bar back to the time it was before the ability was triggered and will lose an additional 3/4/6% repair progress. 

 You can only damage one generator while the power is on, the other generators are displayed in red again. Cooldown 70/65/60 seconds 

Lvl 40 Nullification 

When a survivor falls into a state of agony, all chests on the map will be closed and locked by the Entity and cannot be opened for another 15/20/25 seconds. Such chests are highlighted with a white aura exclusively for the killer. They can be opened again, but if the item has been previously taken, the chest will be empty. Cooldown 100/90/80 seconds
