Please include Nurse's blink bug as a known issue every patch, so we can remember that is still unfixed after all that time.

"Known issues" has always referred to issues caused by the patch. Why would they change it now?

Is there a way to remind them that they still haven't fixed nurse's blink bug? :(

Make proper bug reports, with anything that might help them figure out what causes the issue. It's hard to fix a bug you can't even reproduce.
