About the background music during delivery.

On SNS, I heard that the background music on the bonfire (lobby) screen is trapped by copyright, so we have to stop playing background music. Is this information correct? Also, if it is correct, what should I do about the ones that have already been distributed in the past?

(This is using a translation, so please forgive me if there are parts that are difficult to understand or unnatural text)

Are you asking this for uploading gameplay videos or streaming?

as far as I know, there shouldn’t be any copyright issues when streaming the game with background music, at least I haven’t noticed anything about it and there are many people streaming/uploading videos with the music..

what is SNS and where are you uploading your videos to?

The information came to me on Twitter, where I found someone muttering that it's better to turn off the background music on the standby screen when streaming on YouTube, etc., because if you don't turn off the background music, you'll be caught by copyright. I've been uploading clips on Twitter and distributing them on YouTube. The sender's muttering on Twitter is.

(omission)...It seems that the BGM at the bonfire is subject to copyright, and I was distributing without turning off the BGM in the beginning. (omission) I recommend you to turn off the background music in the settings!

    ...That's what it said.

I'd like to know the truth of this information.

Seems like something only BHVR could officially answer?

@MandyTalk can you confirm/deconfirm if uploading videos with Lobby background music is save or it might get problematic with copyrights?

@Mooks s , I'm new to asking questions here, so this was very helpful, thank you.

Thank you @MandyTalk for your answers. I couldn't for the life of me find a page about content creation, so this was very helpful.

So am I correct in interpreting that as long as it's unique, such as talking or playing other background music, it's fine?

I'm sorry to keep asking this, but I really like DBD and I want to make sure that other players have the correct information so that everyone can enjoy it safely.
