Revert Billy. Please.
I think most of us can agree that Billy was pretty much killed by the devs due to how hard he was nerfed. Don't get me wrong he is still fun to play but also very frustrating.
Some of the most fun survivor matches are when you get a billy, and it feels like a miracle to get one now. I've had survivors tell me in post game chat how fun they found the match. It's just sad to see so few billy players nowadays.
The amount of times I've overheated right behind a survivor just as I'm about to down them is insane. Even with the addons to lessen the heat gained I am still overheating CONSTANTLY just for trying to use my power and get better at it. I am not a m1lly so when I overheat in chase I am just trailing behind a survivor waiting for the heat to go down, and usually the survivors think I'm memeing or something so they end up giving me a free kill when I can use the saw again.
I can see a lot of skilled players being able to counter the overheating quite easily, but a new player trying to learn billy is going to be punished by it a lot, and they will probably just find a new killer to play that is easier.
I really think the devs should go back on the nerf but just change some of the addons that made him very op. He is a difficult killer to learn and master and I just feel this whole overheating thing is completely unnecessary and pretty much just punishes you for using your power.

I'm convinced the 'new' billy was the 1st. fall of BHVR into the abyss. Nobody has wished this remake, BEhaviour has remade it on his own and many oldschool loopers left the game just after that.

Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding but Billy as in Hillbilly? I run into him VERY consistently, and find him quite a struggle to paly against as a survivor (Also a new player so that's probably why) but I find matches where people paly Hillbilly like 1 in every 3 games, I see him more than any other Killer

Yes Billy = Hillbilly :). Man I'm jealous that you verse Billys that often, I see maybe 1 in like 40 matches. You will find as you improve as a survivor you will be able to survive for much longer against him, and if you practice trying to juke his chainsaw you will have a lot of fun :)

Probably because you as a new player are being matched up against new killers, with little or no paid DLC. Billy is basically nonexistent in higher ranks.

I do agree though. Even if we had to do with a compromise, the initial overheat values (live version, NOT PTB.) were pretty good. It actually punished killers for overusing the chainsaw rather than just punishing hillbilly for just existing.

Possibly but I'm rank 13? What I know is that it goes from 1 - 20 (1 being the best) I wouldn't consider myself GREAT but also not the worst, Since 20 - 13 I've seen Hillbilly QUITE consistently. Maybe it gets worse 10 onwards?

Yeah, Billy is Hillbilly. People were playing Billy for a whole week (including me) during July 20-27th because of the #FreeBilly tag on Twitter so that's likely why more people were playing him.
To play against Billy you need to learn how to loop properly, he's a fun killer to play against.

Well, I disagree. With Huntress’s addon pass, she kept every single good addon she had minus Iridescent Hatchet (which was nerfed). Babushka speed draws, cooldowns, movement while drawing. All really solid. Very few nerfed and if they were nerfed it was expected.
Billys addons that didn’t get nerfed were just the turn rate addons. Even bumper Billy addons were nerfed.
It’d be nice if he was remade to have kept his strongest addons from before with just new, good addons. But it’s the complete opposite of Huntress. Many addons do very little to affect his playstyle.

No I'm not saying that they did the same thing with Huntress with Billy I'm saying that the addons pass style reworks that they've been doing to older killers is what led to them messing with Billy's addons as well as his base kit. They did a much worse job with Billy then pretty much any other addon pass. @Steel_Eyed
