Pip Bug- Not progressing, pip reads "-1" even when I double pip.

I've played two games now where I haven't pipped. Noticed last game that my pip read "-1" but I should gone up one.
Last game someone DC'd and the killer decided to XP grind. I received 2 pips but it read "-1" and I'm still sitting at rank 9.3.
Played game as survivor, survived. Post match board.

Something similar happened to me too but as killer. Although I had reached the safety pip, I was regressed by -1 pip.

Update: At me, the security pip bug, only occurs when I reach the security pip precisely, if I go further, even without progressing even 1 pip, the bug does not occur...
