Description of the issue: Fully regressed generators turn yellow instead of red (read below)
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Use ruin and Surveillance.
How often does this occur: It's been there since 5.0.0
the wiki states: " Patch 5.0.0:
- Quality of Life: Generators regressing all the way back to 0 % will no longer trigger the Aura-highlight..
