PC - Infinite Lithe Glitch on Red Forest

I was playing against a spirit when i used lithe in the main middle building, and my lithe activated. It was only about a minute into the match when it occured. I could not stop the speed boost, and when i tried to vault i began to speed up, having the speed stack, going essentially at 200%.
1
