Do you think mods that don't allow survivor/ trap brightness increases will be allowed in the future
So, I just found out that you could add different things such as the icons and custom outfits to the game (Not for a tactical advantage). I know that they are now off because of people cheating with them, but if there were a fix to them, do you think they would be allowed again? I know the icons are allowed since they are currently up for me. I was just wondering since I thought they were quite neat.

Unless it gets implemented in a way that the only mods available are hand picked by BHVR, there's not a chance.
Your funny mod that changes the pattern of Dwight's shirt to something silly? Now there's a mod that makes his entire outfit glow neon pink. Good luck to any Dwights trying to stealth when the Killer has that mod installed.
How about this humorous mod that increases David's bodymass? Nothing stopping you from changing the inflation value by say, 3x. Suddenly all David players can be seen over walls and around corners. Fun, right?

I didn't mean to belittle you personally, apologies if it came off that way. I'm just annoyed at all the people attacking BHVR for removing something that was never officially supported to begin with, especially when mods began to become mainstream amongst less then honourable players.

Yeah. I kinda was just thinking of it as "what is the worst that could happen?" Yeah turns out people could abuse even the smallest of things... I didnt see it as belittling also sorry if mine came off as attacking BHVR. I didnt mean it that way if thats how it came off. Its obvious that they just want things to be fair since they still allow the icon things.
