Character Progression Lost

Hello, I wanted to report an issue I had on my account a couple of hours ago. I was playing on console and accidentally switched profiles on my xbox while the game was open. When I tried to enter my game again in my original account all my characters' progression was lost or the levels were wrong, for example it told me I was prestige III Level 50 with Feng MIng when I haven't even played her yet, but my prestige III Level 50 David turned into Level 1 again.
I tried everything but it's completely bugged. My rank, bloodpoints, and shards weren't affected at all, only my characters' level.
Please Help!! and thank you in advance.
