Clown QOL Buffs
Ive made a post regarding 1 of these changes already however these are just a few minor changes i think would make him more appealing for newer players to pick up and start to learn him.
To repeat a previous post, allow clown to switch between his 2 bottles at will whenever he is not currently holding a bottle. It's just genuinely a clunky feel to throw bottle, and have to spam the switch or wait until you're sure you can switch then throw the bottle instead of just throw, switch, and then wait to be able to throw again.
His antidote tonic should activate faster, and honestly it should be balanced in a way that if you were to look perfectly straight with him, throw it, it should activate as you're just leaving its effected area. As of now you have to hold it for like .2-.4 seconds (i understand not long and really not hard to learn) however it would be much more effective for newer players if you couldnt walk out of the area of not have to stop and wait for its effects.
I understand the argument survivors will be able to use it however no...if you're throwing it to gain distance and a survivor is sitting still in it waiting for it to activate...you're gaining that distance. this would just make his map pressure better and easier to accomplish by just throwing a bottle and not having to stutter step not sure if you timed it right.

Is this not how it already functions? I thought it was, god that’s awful. No wonder clown is look down on so badly. On the one hand, I understand the delay with the afterpiece antidote, because you don’t want survivors to also get it. That being said, from the people that I’ve seen play clown, they don’t seem to have an issue with that. And here I thought they’d fixed him.
It’s funny you posted this, because I actually posted a quality of life improvement idea for the pig earlier today, using the idea of invigoration from the clown. Hopefully your post gets more attention than mine has.
