I simply provided you with several examples of why you're definition is not a world standard. And sorry when I come across belittling but that happens when I feel that someone comes across high and mighty and thinking that their point of view is the only truth.
And again you can define a term all you want. When the distributor or provider of goods didn't declare, specify or some other way made clear that something is exclusive for any reason, then it is simply not.

It will be a recolour so it won't be the same regardless, plus if you mean the billy skin then the weapon is completely different.

zarina's greek skin was in premium track now it in shop for shard our auric you can pick how you want to pay, and my fired told me that most of skins for first rinf was with the same option

I suppose I jumped the bullet with my OP, then.
In my mind, it is pretty straight forward why one would be upset that a product they paid money for is now being handed out for free. Therefore, instead of hammering that point in my post, I focused on the additional reasons it was poor practice on BHVR's behalf. One of the earlier responders addressed their frustrations about paying for an item that is now free, and directed me to their own post taking such stance on the matter, so I additionally felt that side of the issue didn't need to be labored over any further.
If I could speak for the masses, I would. But the reality is that I am only one person. That doesn't mean my voice deserves any less to be heard, and it doesn't mean I should give up hope that my voice could have any meaningful impact.
I've posted about issues on this forum before, and have seen change as a result. In one particular instance, my post brought attention to an issue that was than immediately handled by the developers. So I have seen first hand the effect a single forum post can have.
I'm certain I am not alone in feeling cheated by BHVR for this practice. But until I share my thoughts on the forum, it is impossible for anyone to know just how vital it is that BHVR seeks change.

I feel your anger, last 2 maybe 3 Rifts are just old recolored skins, you paid for these skins 1080 AC and now they're sitting in Rift but with different textures. There is no originality anymore and all last skins, maybe 20+ (some are really good) are Purple/Legendary rarity so you need to pay 1080+ AC more. BHVR just become greedy EA, "EA Horrors, take your money into our game". Mooooooore.
