Where there's a will challenge bugged?

The challenge: finish repairing a generator or unhook a Survivor safely 2 time(s) while you are injured while using the perk Iron Will.

I've just safe unhook two times a Survivor in a single trial while using Iron Will and being injured. End of the match. The challenge is still locked.

Is it two generators or two saves, or one generator and one save? I don't understand what I've done wrong... Or... I was against a Nemesis. The second time, I was injured and infected. Does the infection prevent the challenge to be done?

    are you sure you unhooked them safely? i got this challange done by getting 2 gens repaired while injured

    All the challenges seem to be bugged. I get some progress and then stop getting any. Restarting the game sometimes helps but I've just had to abandon some completely.

    I've been running borrowed time and iron will and gotten 2 unhooks while injured, got the points for them being safe unhooks, and still not gotten the challenge completed. I've also done a safe unhook and completed a gen, and nothing. I'm getting frustrated. So yeah, it's not working for me either.

    Same thing happened to me just now. Iron will, injured, two unhooks (I'm sure they were safe). No progress. (I'm on PC.)

    It didn't work for unhooks for me. I was injured and had iron will. The rescues were also safe 100% (I had time to fully heal them under hook).

    It might work for gens, maybe.
