Random Crashing Fairly frequent

I play on PC and randomly the game just crashes. This happens on every map both killer and survivor. When it crashes my screen goes black and my computer doesn't respond to anything including just trying to turn it off. The only way to fix it is to turn off power to my computer. Not sure if this has been fixed yet but if it is I have no clue on how to fix it. I have had to uninstall graphics drivers as well as do a full fresh install of windows for separate reasons and this has still happened.
