Can we just skip past the years of disappointment and get straight to outing any corruption?

So recently Acti-Blizzard was revealed to have a toxic work environment/be sexist/not pay it's workers enough. Last year Ubisoft was involved in a similar scandal. The Game Development sphere in general is known to be highly shady and the fact Dead By Daylight is both buggy and full of micro transactions and has lore entries that appear to not have been checked over for spelling errors. Makes me think that maybe the devs are dealing with similar problems. Given it seems consistently over the years like where there is smoke there is also fire. So I'm just putting it out there that if ya'll wanna just unionise or rat out your creepy drunk bosses, now instead of six years from now when someone's died because of it. I think it'd really save all of us and you a great deal of misery. This is not an accusation. I'm just saying, if you feel like maybe your being, overworked/underpaid/treated poorly/gaslighted you should maybe risk crying wolf on the off chance your minimising things by fearing your crying wolf. Ya know before it becomes like a decade long thing. No pressure or anything. I just think it'd be nice if we skipped the slow drawn out decline of a good game while systemic abuse slowly skills the people working on it is all. Again no pressure! Just something to keep in mind. If I played any other games at the moment I'd tell them the same thing.
