Make the Coldwind lighting more like the old version

I find new Coldwind to be very bright and can quite eye-straining after playing on darker maps. It is also difficult to see auras at times.

Old Coldwind used to be pretty much my favourite map to play on and I don't really feel it is anymore, due to the drastic change in lighting.

I feel like the current Coldwind could be improved with some tweaks to the lighting, to make it look a bit darker and more gloomy like the old maps, and make it a bit more enjoyable to play on.
