simplify the collision of objects/walls around the map

seriously, I lost the amount of times that i actually got stuck on walls and loops because the collision is so detailed.

a perfect example of this would be the basement stairs, if you go upwards and hug one of the walls inside the basement, there's a chance that your character will stop entirely due to the collision of a minimalistic piece of wood.

Also, in some basements, if you hug the left wall while going down the basement, there's a chance that your character will walk ontop the edge of the stairs, making you stagger.

and it's not as if they are noticeable at all.

These collisions are useless and unhealthy. They weren't even a thing patches ago.
