Random Unfinished Hill Spawned In Badham

I spawned into Badham preschool with this hill in front of me which is weird cause I cannot remember Hills spawning on badham, anyways it was a completely different texture from the rest of the floor, had random blue objects around it and had an entirely different rock formation on the top that i've never seen before... who knows, anyways...
Dont know how to reproduce it just happened randomly
