Disconnected from host probably a bug..?

Hi, I'm just kinda scared now to play the game.


So after the recent patch, I keep getting the "Disconnected from host" error message in this order:


  1. During the game, my character ( survivor or killer ) suddenly stops
  2. I get kicked out of the game ( dc )
  3. I still get bloodpoints and achievements
  4. Get matchmaking penalty..


Now I'm getting penalty for 30 minutes. I'm too scared now I'll get disconnected and can't enjoy the game.

So is it only me..?

    Other night I was playing Doctor for a daily, ended up on Coldwind map. I almost made it to other side of map before I froze in place. Could hear a nearby gen. Was about 15-20 seconds before I was booted out of game all the way back to "press x to continue" with error message - so maybe 30 seconds total in match.

    Next time I played survivor seemed like same thing maybe happened to another Doctor - beginning of match on Coldwind within 30 seconds it looked like they DC'd. I doubt it was rage quit since all survivors points were pretty low so don't think he even got into a chase with anyone.
