Chests visually showing different items or different item rarities

Bugged chest visuals in the first clip I open a chest that shows the vaccine icon but yet it's a key
In the 2nd clip I open a chest that shows a ultra rare medkit yet it's a rainbow map
To reproduce honestly just opening a chest normally seems to do this

Same as above. Just open any chest and it will show a different item for a split second.
