The irony of the Descend Beyond chapter title

I'm not sure how many of you are aware of the significance of the chapter name.
But for those of you who are unaware, it is a play on a quote from The Blight himself, which reads as follows.
"To understand the human condition, one must rise above it."
Talbot wished to rise above the human condition. Instead, with the entity's intervention, he could only descend beyond what could conceivably be called human.

Not to criticize you, but we're pretty much all aware of sarcasm.
Talking 'bout sarcasm, I had rather expected a snarky comment about how since that chapter the QoL of the game consistently declined.

Irony, sarcasm is being an ass about something.
And I did say the post was for those who were unaware of the irony behind the title.
