PC - Launching game crashes pc
Every second time I launch DBD through steam it causes my PC to crash and restart. PC starts up again, open up steam, and steam thinks DBD is uninstalled. Go through the process of scanning for files, it starts a 50gb download. Game works once. If I close out and reopen it will crash, same process. I've deleted the dbd files off my pc and redownloaded, but it hasn't fixed the issue. It's the only game that does this. PC is up to date on drivers. Not sure technically when this would have started happening, as I just came back to play with friends, but before the resident evil chapter I didn't have this issue.

Since someone asked about my psu, saying DBD can cause a spike during launch. My PSU is a Corsair RMx 750 W 80+ Gold Certified. Pcpartpicker says estimated wattage for my build is 454w. The confusing part is it works once, then I could back out and open it up immediately and it will cause a crash. Make steam find the files, do it's download/check and bam it runs fine once again. It never did this before.
