I can't stand toxic survivors

So I play killer and survivor. When I play survivor I do gens and go for saves and generally try and help my team. I CANNOT stand it when other survivors sandbag and rat you out. If I was just sitting at the edge of the map doing nothing then I would get it. But I do help my team. But what makes it worse is that the killer rewards the ######### survivor with the hatch for being a rat.
