her event is coming soon please buff my piggy girl :( She's currently the WORST killer in the game being a purely M1 killer with a power that may or may not actually be effective. Her ambush hurts her in chase more often than not at most loops, she crouches slower than Ghostface and with a MUCH more punishing time to get up and movement speed penalty, on top of all this her main power the bear traps have a potential to be completely negated if the first box is the correct one for survivors. I'd love to see her buffed/changed because I do love Amanda and her cosmetics along with the beartraps however I can't play her in such a state since I play in red ranks.

- If she can even GET a trap on in the first place. And it can possibly be rendered useless depending on the map (But I guess it can also be extremely good depending on the map but still she needs to actually get them on first)
- Her lunge is definitely not that good against any form of survivors unless they're just pure potatoes. Even going against Pig's all you do is leave the loop and her punishing cooldown and wind up ensures you'll get to a new loop.
- It could use much more than a speed buff at this point.

Lol I do I don't touch Pig BECAUSE of how weak she is. I play in red ranks hence why I wouldn't actually even bother touching her. I also haven't lost AGAINST a Pig in ages because shes just genuinely extremely weak. A pure M1 killer. If you have anything other than insults to throw in then do so.

I mainly just want her traps to be less RNG to make it fair for both the survivors and killer.
As it currently stands if the survivors gets the party hat off first time then its useless to the pig.
If it takes the survivor to the last box to get the hat off then it gives the pig a lot of time.
Or they might be insta killed by the hat depending on how bad the box spawns are.

I think her traps should be changed to actually have a set percentage instead of what it is now. It should be
1st box = 25%
2nd box = 50%
3rd box = 75%
4th box = 100%
but thats only if they keep the system of needing to go box to box to find the key.

her traps need no buffs, they should never get a headpop on the regular, buff the crouch. dont know what else you would do

She is a basic M1, with super light anti-loop potential. Meaning, if the survivors just do gens and can loop for a little, it can take you and will take you 30 sec to the entire game to down anyone yet alone get a trap on they're head.
Her ability is actually counter intuitive as well. You basically are declaring you aren't going to be looking for that survivor anymore; because if you don't and decide to go after that survivor, then the trap was really pointless putting on them in the first place. If you let them go, then they have a good chance of getting out of it, even with addons, first try.
Her lunge is a good tool, l2pNo it isn't, it can (if you are talking about her crouch lounge) only be used at certain loops, and they're aren't many you can do this with. In general however, she is SLOWER then the Nurse while crouching, which is absurd.
I think they need to rework her, but certainly they need to buff her.

Pig has a higher kill rate than most killers, including Spirit. Why in the world would you think she's the worst killer in the game?

Buffing the pig is kind of hard given how her RBTs currently work. Pig can kill a survivor without ever hooking them due to her RBTs and this alone can win her games. Maps like Midwich that are hard to navigate between floors + timer + extra box basically mean that at least 1 survivor is guaranteed to die by a RBT.
Without a rework to her power and updates to her addons, I don't see how BHVR could buff the pig without making her really oppressive.

This solves NOTHING and is heavily survivor sided.
This suggestion would just causes the first issue to happen constantly where her powers don't slow down the survivors enough.
Along with not helping the 2nd issue of survivors randomly dying because of bad luck.

Nurse is an exception in every way.
It doesn't matter that this isn't solely red ranks because the game isn't balanced around red ranks.
Regardless, it proves she's far from the worst killer in the game. It doesn't mean she's totally fine as is. But she's still a great killer.

Kill rates don't mean anything. Pig would need a nerf based on her kill rate which would be absurd. I don't think she's the worst(she's the second worst imo) but she still is on the very weak side of killers and would need buffs. BTW Blight has a low kill rate despite being the 3rd best killer in the game should be enough to prove kill rates aren't good

This is bullshit .
Stats all across the board. We all know already that Spirit is hard to master but when its done she's best killer , same with Spirit. Low rank players just lower her k/d ratio because they have to learn those killer in ranking games!
Pig traps are very easy to do, just RMB when survivor is down and that it. Other survivors does not have any idea how it works yet thats why it works all for itself (traps). Thats why she has so high K/D
Very freaking simple.
Pig needs addons rework and RNG rework and thats it. The only way pig is OP is when she is on the Racoon City map which is very hard to navigate and uses Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears.
8/10 I can take trap off in the very first try though. After all gens are done her power is nothing. EGC should activate rest of inactive RBT's

You wanna know why pig has such a high kill and pick rate?
BECAUSE people are so damn likely to pop gens regardless of anything, no matter the rank.
The best tactic with pig really is: Get perks that tell you where survs are and maybe thana. trap two as fast as you can... and often that is ENOUGH to secure a 4k. no need for tunneling or camping.
I BET you, if you change your tactic to focus on getting two or more survivors into traps at the same time, you've won. Hell, I have seen survivors with inactive traps ON GENS, despite at least one other having an inactive trap as well.

Nerf the OP wombo combo of add-ons that exists with tampered timer and I'll agree she could use some tweeking. I don't know if a flat out buff but maybe some give and take with her base kit.

Killers themselves could buff Pig by not tunneling the person they just put the trap on 99.99999% of the time. Just throwing that out there.

The too heavily RNG-based concept of pig is an issue. After all, the RBTs are a basic power/mechanism for her. How would everybody think it balanced, if any other killer's "power" would be changed to become this purely RNG-based? Let's say, for example, huntress' throwing hatchets having a merely RNG-based chance to hit at all?
And the basic RBTs are not that great at all, so you do have to somewhat heavily rely on add-ons. Try doing a couple of trials with just basic RBTs and no add-ons and see how well that works for you as killer (the RBTs, not the whole trial).

I mean watch CM.Winter if you think Pig is so terrible. The dude holds most of the win records and 4ks over 90% of games at rank 1 in EU. I would argue that Pig just takes much more skill and awareness than most other killers.

Seriously do these people even play her at rank 1? All it takes is for people to have a brain and loop and you're gonna lose, any killer can beat bad survivors that cant loop but shes a basic M1 and her anti-loop works on very few loops

I don't doubt CM. Winter does well with Pig, but in what way is that relevant for the rest of the community / player base? It is hardly sufficient for a killer to work for the "top 5%" of players and not really for the rest. What about that rest? On the odd chance they might want to play Pig occasionally as well?
Considering that a large part of Pig's core mechanics is RNG-based (RBTs and location of boxes) , the answer to this can't be that the Pig player has to compensate for this by just "being better". In no way this makes an even playing field.
Mind me, I don't think Pig is a really bad killer, I actually enjoy playing her occasionally. I just think the whole RNG influence is too big on how a trial turns out with her. One time I get two kills just by RBT. The next time I manage to put RBTs on 3 of the 4 survivors and end up with no kills. These results have not much to do with skill, I think.

As far as the ambush specifically, it's really not that good IMO. Unless the loop itself is weak to begin with (in which case, you don't really need the ambush), even the best of ambush mindgames can be beaten by the Suercicor making the correct read.
