Why are keys still a thing in their current state?
Just played yet another round of DBD where the end result was the team getting a free key win. I simply don't get why keys are still a thing in their current state? Killers had mori's, but they got nerfed. And I get it, because they were really strong. So why the delay on keys being addressed? Nothing more disheartening then finally getting the upper hand on that red rank SWF your against only to have it end with them tea-bagging you before hoping out the match for a free win, it's disgusting :(

Keys should be nerfed but are simply nowhere near the level of old mori’s.

If you are talking about a 4 man key escape, the survivors did finish all the gens so I'm not sure how it's a "free" win for them.
But keys are simply far less of an issue than moris were and are not a simple thing to fix.

Not in solo que (most of the time) where your teammates suck but when used by competent team, they 100% are on the same level of old mories.
It's just that DBD is asymetrical and making equal comparison is not that simple with so many factors that go into it. Still, as you said, they need changes badly.

because they have a large update planed that will incorporate mori's into the base game and keys will be a part of it
