Xbox- Getting stuck in stairs while cleansing a totem underneath

Hawkins map, totem spawns under stairs in a long room. Upon attempting to cleanse, character glitches atop barrels and under stairs, the result is similar to the old hill bugs. Killer attempted to knock down and grab with no success, as well as another survivor attempting to cleanse the totem(after a few attempts successful) but no change in stuck state.
Occured only once as I have not attempted to cleanse any totems under stairs on that map since.
