Gen unable to be worked on in Lery's

This gen has two sides that should be able to be worked on. The outer side with your back facing the middle of the room has no prompt to work on it. I tried it myself, and then went to work on the only side that has a prompt. I watched a Nea come up and attempt to get on the same spot and she was also unable to.
