Cant connect to online services

I just got booted from a game in the middle of a match and got an error saying i needed a network connection.
Ive tested my internet and its running plenty fine. Ive got cable internet on an ethernet cable.
Im on pc on steam.
Now i cant connect to the game at all.
Ive tried rebooting the game, rebooting steam doesnt work either.

At this time, it was likely Steam Maintenance which happens at around the same time every Tuesday.
