Benevolent emblem still broken and game taking away pips when you close app

I’ve been deranked to rank 7 from red ranks because the game takes away 3-5 pips for me just closing the game or restarting and I’m not talking about dcing this is just closing the app when I’m done playing and when I open it back up I’ve lost a bunch of pips. The benevolent emblem still isn’t counting any heals period, it’s been like this almost a month so when is there a fix coming??
