Overcharge buff idea

Instead of providing survivors with a difficult skill check make it more like blast mine.

"After kicking a gen it will glow yellow (or white) for 30, 45, 60 seconds. When a survivor interacts with the highlighted gen it will automatically explode, regressing the gen an additional 6 percent. Overcharge is active at the start of the match, and can be recharged by securing two hits."

I also thought about making it be on a cooldown (like 45 seconds or something) rather than have the hit requirement, but I know perks with overlapping timers are annoying and I would like to see more killer perks that benefit a killer for playing well rather then simply being based on a cooldown.

It is basically a combination of blast mine, overcharge, and dragon's grip.
