Deplete 3 keys completely not working?

So i'm currently on the archive challenges and i'm only missing the one in the title. Every time i actually deplete a key i don't get any progress on the challenge. I've tried all sorts of keys with all sorts of add-ons. I've tried opening the hatch and still: nothing.
My clip is too big to be added here and i don't have any cutting tool apps, so just mail me or send me any discord id and i'll show the video.
