The Spirit's phase-walking cannot hear survivor's footsteps

• Platform :: Steam

• Description of the issue :: While phasing, I cannot hear any survivor's footsteps anymore. It happens after this patch, 5.1.0, was released.

• Steps to reproduce (if possible) :: Please fix this bug.

• How often does this occur :: Every game I play The Spirit.

    This is intentional I'm guessing since it was on the PTB as well
