PC - Getting stuck in a totem spot after cleansing

Description:
After cleansing the dull totem in this spot, I became stuck for the rest of the game and could not move. I couldn't even turn around all the way, I could only turn left and right so far before the character stopped on its own, likely due to the collision of the objects.
