Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
PC -- Frame drops against Nemesis

I'm sure this has been reported, but I couldn't find it when I searched. On PC, every time I go against Nemesis, I have frame drops during the first minute or so of the match, first during the opening animation and then whenever Nemesis attacks someone. The screen just stutters like a stop-motion movie for 1-3 seconds each time.
After about a minute, the frame rate stabilizes for the rest of the match and the stuttering stops.
