Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Every 10 to 20 games my game disconnects from host, and I get locked from matchmaking for it.

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play both killer and survivor matches for a while

Step 3 : Get disconnected from host in the middle of a match

Step 4 : Banned from matchmaking (it started with 5 minutes, but now I'm banned for an hour)


I played a bunch of different characters, different perks, different maps and it happens once every 10 to 20 games.

I also have it installed on my SSD.

I tried verifying the game files and reinstalling the game, but it keeps happening. I'm sorry if this is on the wrong category or if this is a common issue, but I don't really know where to ask for help to fix this.
