Resurgence/Solidarity and Broken Status
I'm unclear if this is intended or not, and have not gotten a response in the feedback section. I was playing against a Steve whose build consisted of Deliverance, Resurgence, and Solidarity. He freed himself off the hook, incurring broken, and then healed a Nancy to full and this bypassed the broken status, giving him full health.

I was on dead dawg saloon, I hooked the Steve, saw a Feng on BBQ. Steve unhooked himself as I traveled to Feng, I downed Feng and hooked her which allowed me to see Steve healing the Nancy easily within 30 seconds of unhooking himself, on BBQ, with the broken status very visible on the HUD and when he completed healing Nancy, the Steve went to full health state with no broken status. A single minute hadn't elapsed since his Deliverance unhook. Unless you are telling me that the broken status keeps him broken even being full HP, and when the broken status expired that it automatically refreshes the health state to max.

If he had the perk second wind it would also automatically heal him as soon as the broken status effect wore off

His last perk was iron will.

I wasn't exactly referring to the specific case I was just giving an example of a perk that could heal someone as soon as the broken effect expired

If this is intended then I obviously retract my bug report. Perhaps I miscounted my time, but it definitely did not feel like a minute had passed since he didn't unhook himself until I was already 3/4ths of the way to Feng in the first place. I know I didn't spend much time in chase because I grabbed her off the generator as I was playing Spirit at the time.
