Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
PC (Windows Store) - Some of my characters are locked, even if I bought/played with them before

Yesterday I installed the game after some weeks of not playing it. When im on the killer/surv sections, some of the characters i played, leveled up, bought before are now locked and I need to buy them again. I had all characters when it came the RE chapter. I can't put logs because I can't find them in my %appdata% file.
