Random Disconnect and game freeze...

I was playing a match of killer (Nemesis), the game has just started and i was chasing a survivor.
The game didn't even last 5 minutes, before the game just froze.
The only thing that still worked was opening the menu.
I recorded the match.
I didn't left the game until the connection was lost, and the game forced everyone out.
Things like this can happen, but it's ridiculous that i get a penalty for this. I know it's only 5 min, but that's still unfair because it's not my fault...
Do i need to upload my evidence?
