This is how Jason works in Dead by Daylight.
I have talked a lot about this that I am getting tired, but if it were true that the demand ended in secret but they still do not want to confirm it, I would like this power to be the ideal for Jason, it is very characteristic and I do not want something similar or weakened as with Nemesis, there were better concepts in the forum.

POWER: JASON'S REVENGE.
The curse of Jason Voorhees, a boy who drowned in a lake and has returned to exact his revenge.
JASON'S REVENGE
Activating Jason's Revenge. a 2-level indicator that affects The Slasher ability to hunt his victims differently. It allows The Slasher to see his victims, stalk them and then catch them by surprise, the more this hurts them or every action they do without their permission, it will unleash the inner anger of Jason causing him to become more violent.
Jason's Revenge 1:
Grants Undetectable status effect.
SPECIAL ABILTY: STALK
Press and hold the Power button to stalk all visible Survivors. Stalking Survivors builds up your progress through Jason's Revenge tier.
(In game) Undetectable
Jason's Revenge 2:
Moderately decreased terror radius (16m).
The power gauge increases slowly as time progresses. As you are stunned and hit survivors it increases slightly, when they repair a generator it increases moderately.
When the power gauge is full, press and hold the power button to start Rage.
SPECIAL ABILTY: LAKE MIST
Press and hold the power button to use Lake Mist. Allow The Slasher to summon a mist and move freely through the spirit world and It reappears in a new location.
- It moves very fast.
- Grants the Undetectable status effect.
- It cannot interact.
- He becomes completely invisible to survivors, he can appear whenever he likes.
- Survivors will not be able to see The Slasher, but they will be able to hear a sound distortion.
- Lake Mist cannot be activated if a survivor looks at The Slasher head-on (Similar to the Ghostface reveal) (Something similar also when you can't blink with the nurse if a survivor points a flashlight at you.)
- Consume power gauge slowly or maybe not required.
- After exiting respawn, you have a cooldown time of 24 seconds.
- Upon exiting Lake Mist, you gain the Undetectable status effect for 5 seconds.

SPECIAL ABILTY: RAGE
Press and hold the power button to start Rage. Allows The Slasher to enter a state of fury, doing so will acquire the following effects.
- The Slasher moves at a slightly increased movement speed.
- The Slasher becomes immune to all stuns. including blinds.
- The Slasher gains the ability to walk through and destroy breakables, moving to a normal speed as he does so.
- Once the power has ended. The Slasher is slowned for a few seconds as he regains his senses.
- Slightly reduces recovery time when hitting a survivor.
- Allows the survivor to be killed, movement speed is moderately reduced. (With addons)
- Rage has a duration of 60 seconds.

Well, this is my idea of how Jason would function, now that I finish the lawsuit if I see it possible, I really did this concept based on all the skills seen in his movies.
Stalking is always seen at the beginning of movies or when he wants to kill his victim.
Teleporting would be serious if someone notices your presence and tries to escape but Jason blocks your way.
Rage would be when he cannot catch the last ones in the movies and becomes unstoppable and resists everything.
Radius terror may be compared to Myers but I think Jason deserves to have it since he is another stealth killer respecting tradition, when the rage skill is activated it would be 32 meters since it is very a very big and good radius terror apparently xd.

I think Jason should be called The Revenant since his power is Jason’s Revenge, and the fact that he is a vengeful spirit.

So...an unstopable juggernaut of pure violence and rage....i like the idea, specially the no door pallet or watever can stop me to power trought them...that sounds like something ridiculously scary to se, again i like the whole concept, sounds like a nice mix betwen ghost face (stealth) and myers (takedowns up close) with a sprinkle of spirit.

Yeah, the concept is cool. All it needs are 3 personal perks. I would suggest to have one with a hex totem, one that can read Survivors’ potential auras, and one that affects movement speed.
