Xbox - Totem Glitch in Hawkins Under Stairs

Playing as survivor, found and tried to cleanse ruin under stairs/near barrels. A brief falling animation occurred, as if I'd jumped. Then when trying again to cleanse the totem, Dwight apparently got stuck. I pushed all buttons, crouched, and all I could do was spin in a circle. I got idle crows and ultimately was killed by EGC.
