Survivor Items Clipping instead of dropping

I've had this issue happened repeatedly after last patch. No matter which survivor I'm using when I try to put an item down for some strange reason it'll start clipping instead of being put down, and sometimes completely prevent me from putting it down at all. I've tried this in open spaces to make sure it wasn't just the location.
