Second Wind Perk wrong description or bugged

PC, W10, 5.1.1, Steam.
Injured to Healthy, NOT a Health State
- Queue for survivor game, with Second Wind
- Fulfil requirements to get perk to activate
- Get unhooked and get hit with borrowed time, styptic or other mending causing addon/perk
- Second Wind will now make you go from mending to Injured.

Description-wise you're right. The timer should pause when in Deep Wound and resume after mending, imo.

inner strength also says injured to healthy but also will only heal the deep wound
