Red STain Invisible On Certain Floor Tiles

Platform- Pc possibly all
Description- on most indoor maps the red stain will not show up on the floor, on certain indoor maps i've noticed, (hawkins and lery's) that it can go both ways, with some floors showing the red stain and others not showing it.
Reproducing the issue- Go on an indoor map
How often- Everytime I go on an indoor map
